Each MedX Medical machine weighs around 1 ton and contains more than 1,500 pounds of steel. Although steel can take up to 100 years to fully decompose in a landfill, approximately 70% of steel can be recycled. As a result, our team tries to recycle used MedX components to the fullest extent possible in order to minimize waste while preserving MedX Medical machines for the long-term sustainment of the MedX community.
